SpinDine Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

SpinDine is operated by Tangible Markets ("we", "us", "our"), based in Dubai, UAE. By using SpinDine - as a restaurant subscriber or as a customer playing the wheel - you agree to these terms.

1. The service

For restaurants, SpinDine is a subscription platform for running a QR-code, spin-the-wheel rewards program for their customers. For customers, it's a free promotional game offered by the restaurant they're visiting - not a service we provide to you directly.

2. Plans and billing

Subscriptions are per restaurant, under the plan chosen at signup: Essential, Boost or Pro. They are billed monthly, or annually at 25% off (paid once a year). Several locations are billed at the same plan price per location. After each billing date there is a 5-day grace period before customer-facing access is automatically paused for non-payment. Payment is by bank transfer using the details and payment link on your account's payment page, or by card where offered.

3. What each plan includes

Essential: the reward wheel, your restaurant dashboard, custom QR stickers in your colours (one per table at signup; extra sticker packs are available at an extra cost), and monthly tracking of your results.

Boost: everything in Essential, plus a reply to every review your restaurant receives on Google, posted within 72 hours. This requires giving us manager access to your Google Business Profile.

Pro: everything in Boost, plus 2 posts per month on your Google Business Profile, and support 7 days a week with a reply within 48 hours. A professional photo shoot at signup is available as a paid option, quoted separately.

Special offers: any special offer applies only as agreed in writing at signup and for the period stated; afterwards the standard price of your plan applies.

4. Free trials

If your account starts on a free trial (length and any extensions set at signup), it will automatically convert into an active subscription at the applicable rate the moment the trial ends - no separate action is needed for that to happen. If you wish to cancel before the trial ends, you must notify Arnaud Witkowicz as soon as possible. Once the subscription has been activated, the first payment becomes due and must be paid by the end of the billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

To cancel a subscription (trial or paid), notify Arnaud Witkowicz directly. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; amounts already due for the current cycle remain payable.

6. Rewards

Rewards won on the wheel have no cash value, are subject to the offering restaurant's own redemption process and availability, and are solely the responsibility of that restaurant to honor - not Tangible Markets.

7. Fair use

Each spin is limited to one per email address per restaurant. Attempting to bypass this (e.g. via fake or repeated entries) may result in a reward being voided or access being restricted.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is." Tangible Markets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
